Modern Nursing Institute is managed by an Education Society named "Modern Shiksha Samiti". The Samiti was established in 2002 and is registered under the Society Registration Act, 2006. The origin of the society is a brain of expert and distinguished efforts of young educationists of the region. The society was engaged in the training of drawing teacher (Art & Craft Teacher) from the year 2002. After that the society started Diploma in Language Teacher, first time in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Then Physical Training Instructor and Diploma in Library Science etc. courses were introduced by the society. More than 1000 teachers/nurses in different trades have been selected in the government/private sectors by way of educationprovided by our institute.

Our mission is to promote quality nursing professionals who are self-reliant and compassionate and also to prepare nursing professionals to care, cure and rehabilitate in all level of settings. Teachers motivate the children to have an access to this vast knowledge by using latest techniques that will require skill on the part of the teachers.
The Institute strives to provide a healthy learning environment, induces competitive spirit and develops leadership qualities and this imparts excellence in practice and fulfilling professional fast changing social scenario of 21st century. It provides the ample opportunities to acquire the skills of becoming perfect professional in the future with empowerment of command, respect and recognition in their field of work.
